Bio Thomas Merrill is an associate professor in the School of Public Affairs. He is the author of Hume and the Politics of Enlightenment (Cambridge, ), which won the Delba Winthrop Prize for Best Recent Work in Political Philosophy. Merrill's Marauders (February-May )is one of a series of fourteen studies of World War II operations originally published by the War Department's Historical Division and now returned to print. The University of Kansas prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, disability, status as a veteran, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, gender identity, gender expression, and genetic information in the university's programs and activities.
